Bingent Privacy Policy

Kitab AI Inc. ("we", "us") built Bingent to be a private, calm space. This page explains exactly what data the app collects, why, and how you can control or delete it.

What we collect

Name and email address — provided by the sign-in method you choose (Google, Apple, or X), so we can create your account and, for Apple, sometimes a private relay address instead of your real one.
User ID — an internal account identifier used to link your progress to your account.
Product interaction data — which program you're on (Calm, Focus, or Clarity) and which days/lessons you've completed, so your progress is saved and resumes correctly across sessions and devices.

What we do NOT collect

Journal entries you write in the app stay only on your device — they are never sent to our servers.
We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics trackers, or crash reporting tools.
We do not collect location, contacts, photos, health data, or any payment information.

Why we collect it

Every data point above exists solely for app functionality — authenticating you, saving your progress, and letting you resume where you left off. We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, analytics, or product personalization, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

Third-party sign-in providers

When you sign in with Google, Apple, or X, those providers handle the authentication and share your name and email with us as described above. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your data on their end.

Data storage

Your account and progress data are stored securely with Supabase, our backend infrastructure provider, and protected by row-level security so only you can access your own data.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing rajesh.kumar@kitab.com from your registered address. We'll delete it within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Bingent is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
